STRANGE NOISES COMING FROM UNDER GROUND REPORTED IN NORTHERN ISRAEL‏

News of strange noises coming from underground have been reported in Zarit, Israel near the border with Lebanon. For the last several months, people in this area have been hearing knocking and pinging sounds as well as experiencing jolts, apparently large enough to knock pictures off walls and ornaments off shelves.
Some of these noises have been described as sounding like a tractor or excavator working continuously all night long.
Suspecting Hezbollah of constructing underground tunnels from Lebanon into N. Israel has prompted the Israeli Defense Forces “IDF” to begin drilling exploitative holes in the area in hopes of discovering them.
Thus far, nothing has been found.
If no underground tunnels are ever discovered, this could be one of the best examples yet of evidence that subterranean construction is going on deep below the surface. This area of the world is important, because aside from being a place of constant military observation, it is also a remote part of the world where sounds of construction machinery, explosives and ground vibrations simply would not exist without everyone knowing about it.
With constant military threats from all sides and the possibility of terror attacks within the country being a daily fact, Israel would be the hardest country in the world to conduct any sort of operation without their being aware of it. Yet, if no tunnels are found, this would be exactly the case.
I have no doubt that the whole Mid-East, not just Israel has this subterranean construction going on.
Strange sounds, mysterious booms, a consistent hum, sounds of heavy machinery being used, and an occasional flash of light have been reported from all over the world. This indicates a massive construction project in an effort to build a subterranean human civilization which would exist totally apart from what we are a part of here on the surface.
This worldwide construction project would also answer a lot of our questions as to just where all the trillions of dollars are being spent when it is apparent it hasn’t been spent on anything we notice such as highway improvements, social projects or medical science, for example.
Tunnel Boring Machines used in constructing the underground civilization cost around 80 million dollars each on the high end to roughly half that, depending on size.
Taking into consideration the number of TBMs necessary for civilization building on a world scale, this would put the price into the trillions of dollars. This, in addition to the overall cost of everything needed from cement to man hours.
The world would not be spending the outrageous amount of money it is without something to show for it.
Yet seemingly, that is what is going on. However, if you take into consideration that a whole new civilization is being built on a world scale, the spending makes sense.
As to why a separate civilization would be built under ground, apart from the surface is concerned, it would have to be to preserve human civilization in the event that a catastrophe wiped out the population on the surface. Such an event could be caused by a number of things from an asteroid hitting the earth to nuclear war. In either case, most of the surface population would be wiped out, however the civilization deep underground would be virtually undisturbed.
